From what I know, Spring Beauty often conceals her wings from the public. When she is with Celestia, she allows her wings to be open. It also seems that she and Celestia are scheming about something.

I really enjoyed working on this piece, especially using more robust art practices. I did decide on a simpler inking technique; I think it turned out better.
Hopefully, though, the background got enough attention this time.
