Such a whimsical and magical night, though evidently there are more beautiful things to look at ;3
Gosh, I virtually had to re-learn how to paint just to get this one right. I'm really wanting to push for more vibrant and deep colors, but I had to ensure my technical detailing was up to snuff. Such a simple piece, yet I still find challenges in stuff like hair, wings, and grass. I am rather satisfied with how the colors came out, so I'm happy.

Two lovers, staring into each other eyes, holding each other close, under the beautiful starry moonlight. It's a classic trope for a reason. The detail you worked into the night background is amazing. Special mention goes to the moon and how it illuminates the middle of the piece - thus, guiding the viewers attention to both it and the two lovebirds below. It also gives this work a "magical" atmosphere. The anatomy and expressions of the Andromeda and Moon Cake are very good, and I really like the soft lighting and shading this work has going on.
